Septuagenarian succumbs to coronavirus in Dharan

SUNSARI: A 79-year-old man of Itahari Sub-metropolis-9 of Sunsari has died of coronavirus infection while undergoing treatment at BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences, Dharan.

He died at 3:05 this morning while undergoing treatment at the hospital, Dr Ashish Shrestha, deputy spokesperson for the hospital said. The deceased had an heart problem.

He had been undergoing treatment at the hospital since he tested positive for COVID-19 in October.
