NA holding virtual conclave of division commanders from today



KATHMANDU: Nepal Army (NA) is organizing a three-day conference of division commanders to review the status of security condition and COVID-19 pandemic of the country.

The virtual meeting which will last for three days, eight division commanders of NA will report about the achievements made so far in their respective area of command, challenges and steps required to deal with them, informed Santosh Ballav Paudel, the spokesperson of the NA.

The NA holds a conclave of division commanders every six months.

Division Commander of Eastern Division Santosh Dhakal, Mid Eastern Division Commander Suresh Karki, Central Division Commander Taradhwaj Pandey, Valley Division Commander Ananda Kumar Adhikari are participating in the conclave.

Also participating in the virtual meeting are Western Division Commander Gokul Bhandari, Mid-Western Division Commander Sanjaya Thapa, North Western Division Commander Bigyan Dev Pandey and Far Western Division Commander Nirmal Kumar Thapa.
