Prez, PM not to offer tika this Dashain



KATHMANDU: President Bidya Devi Bhandari and Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli have decided to cancel the program of offering tika to the public on the day of Vijaya Dashami.

Due to the high risk of coronavirus infection, the president and prime minister have made no plans to offer the tika to the public this year.

Meanwhile, former King Gyanendra Shah has also postponed the program of offering tika to the general public on the day of Vijaya Dashami.
