CCMC discussing future strategy as COVID-19 cases spike

KATHMANDU: The COVID-19 Crisis Management Center (CCMC) is convening a meeting this evening as the cases of coronavirus have seen a sharp increase across the country, including the Kathmandu Valley.

The meeting to be held in Singha Durbar at 5 pm is likely to come up with future strategy, including enforcement of lockdown, sealing particular areas, among others to stem the spread of coronavirus.

The meeting will recommend ways out to the government after the meeting.
