Man falls off electricity pole, dies



KANCHANPUR: A person died after he fell off an electricity pole at Khalla of Bhimdatta municipality-9 on Wednesday.

The deceased has been identified as 25-year-old Rohit Luhar of Sukasla of the municipality.

Police said the dead body has been kept at Mahakali Hospital for postmortem. It is learnt that Luhar suddenly fell off the electricity pole while he was connecting an electric wire.

Currently, Nepal Electricity Authority, Mahendranagar, is extending transmission line from Mahendrangar to Khalla.
