PM Oli expresses grief over death from coronavirus



KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Oli has expressed sorrow over the death of a woman due to coronavirus infection.

He tweeted on Sunday morning, “I am deeply saddened by the news of the death of a new woman in Sindhupalchok despite the government’s efforts to ensure that no one dies from the coronavirus infection.”

He also paid tribute to the deceased and expressed condolences to the bereaved family.

A 29-year-old woman from Sindhupalchok died of coronavirus for the first time in Nepal on Friday.
