Mahara thanks all after being acquitted of rape charge



KATHMANDU: Former Speaker Krishna Bahadur Mahara has extended special gratitude and thanks to court after being acquitted for an attempt to rape charge.

Issuing a statement on Monday, Mahara said that it has been finally proved that he was wrongly accused.

He has further thanked all those who helped him during his stay in police custody and at Dillibazar Jail.
