43-year-old often mistaken for being daughter’s sister

CALIFORNIA: At her age, 43-year-old Joleen Diaz is often mistaken for being her daughter’s sister – and if you don’t know them personally, it is really hard to tell who’s younger and who’s the mom!

Joleen finds it amusing that people often think she is the sister of her 19-year-old daughter, Meilani Parks. It doesn’t help that this mom dresses up in ‘cool clothes’ worn by her daughter’s generation, including cropped tops and tattered pants. Yep! She’s not just young and good-looking, she’s also definitely one cool mom!
