Speaker’s appointment row will be resolved soon : Dhakal



KATHMANDU: Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Bhanu Bhakta Dhakal said the issue of Speaker’s appointment will be resolved by the parliamentary party meeting.

Speaking at a program organized by Nepal Communist Party Shuklagandaki Municipal Committee on Friday, Minister Dhakal said the Speaker’s appointment row will be sorted out soon.

Dhakal added that the parliament was taken hostage after the party failed to pick Speaker on time.

On a different note, Dhakal said the Millennium Challenge Coloration (MCC) will also be resolved through the parliament.
