318 COVID-19 patients undergoing treatment in ICU, 38 on ventilator support



KATHMANDU: A total of 318 COVID-19 patients in Nepal are undergoing treatment in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and 38 have been put on ventilator support.

According to the Ministry of Health, 43 persons are undergoing treatment in ICU in Province 1, 16 in Province 2, 103 in Bagmati Province, 78 in Gandaki Province, 64 in Lumbini Province, nine in Karnali Province, and five in Sudurpaschim Province.

A total of seven in Province 1, two in Province 2, 22 in Bagmati, two in Gandaki Province, four in Lumbini Province, and one in Sudurpaschim Province are on the ventilator support.
