Gandaki Province reports 4 cases of COVID-19

POKHARA: Gandaki Province has seen 4 new cases of coronavirus cases on Monday.

According to the Health Directorate of Gandaki Province, 4 persons tested positive for coronavirus in the test carried out in Pokhara Health Science Academy and Tuberculosis Treatment Center Pokhara.

According to the Directorate, among the new cases, 1 male each are from Kaski, Nawalpur and Syangja. One female from Syangja also tested coronvirus positive on Monday.

With this the number of coronavirus cases in the district has reached 1,739 till date out of which 1,550 have been discharged after recovery.

According to the Directorate, 84 persons are living in different isolation centers set up in the province and 1,150 people are languishing in quarantine facilities.

Gandaki Province has seen 5 coronavirus deaths so far.
