Phulpingkatti witnesses landslide again

SINDHUPALCHOWK:  The landslide has reoccurred at Pulpingkatti in Bhotekoshi rural municipality-4 on Thursday night.

Two people of a same family died and three went missing in the landslide triggered by incessant rains on early Thursday.

The entire settlement has been displaced due to the recurrence of the landslide, said Sangdorje Sherpa, the ward chairman. There are 16 houses near the incident site.

The family members of these houses have been shifted to a safer area, added Sherpa.
