KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress (NC) today registered a motion in the Parliament drawing government’s attention toward the novel coronavirus pandemic.

Party Chief Whip Bal Krishna Khand, whip Pushpa Bhusal and lawmaker Gagan Thapa registered the motion alleging the government of not being serious in the prevention and control of COVID-19.

The party said it registered a motion in the House drawing the attention of Minister of Health Bhanubhakta Dhakal.

It should be noted that NC had on Tuesday handed over a memorandum to Prime Minister KP Oli drawing his attention toward effective work in prevention and control of coronavirus.
