Italy-returnee diagnosed with Coronavirus in RDT

KATHMANDU: A 31-year-old woman of Budhanilkantha-9 has tested positive for Coronavirus in rapid diagnostic test (RDT).

Returned to Nepal 28 days ago from Italy, the woman was diagnosed with coronavirus on Wednesday, said Mayor Uddhav Prasad Kharel.

She has been admitted to Teku Hospital for polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test.

However, the woman has not shown any symptoms of novel virus.  She had been in a self-quarantine upon her return from Italy.
