SINDHUPALCHOWK: Police have arrested district secretary of Netra Bikram Chand alias Biplav led outfit in Sindhupalchowk, Bhuwan Singh Tamang.
A patrol from the District Police Office, Dhulikhel, arrested him from the Saraswoti bazaar of Dhulikhel municipality-7 on Friday evening.
The team intervened him for interrogation after his activities seemed suspicious. Police allege him of verbal abuse against the team during the interrogation.
He will be tried under the indecent behavior, according to District Police Office Kavrepalanchowk Police Chief Rabi Kumar Poudel.
