NTB to organize festival-focused photo competition



KATHMANDU: The Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) is organizing a photo competition targeting the upcoming festivals.

The competition aims to provide a festive feeling mixed with positivity and creativity at a time when festivals may be affected by global COVID-19 pandemic unlike in the past, according to the NTB.

Participants are required to send relevant photos related to festivals online through NTB’s website until November 25.

Each participant should provide different seven photos related to festivals. Excellent five participants will win Rs 10,000 each, according to a statement issued by the NTB.

The competition is expected to expand NTB’s common campaign to promote tourism of the country through photos showing the festival moods.
