Dr Uprety appointed Chair of Health Insurance Board

KATHMANDU: The government has appointed Dr Senendra Raj Uprety as the Chair of the Health Insurance Board.

Minister for Health and Population Bhanubhakta Dhakal administered the oath of office and secrecy to the newly-appointed Chair Dr Uprety today.

Likewise, Dr Suresh Tiwari and Chandra Thapa have been appointed the Board members.

Chairperson Uprety administered the oath of office and secrecy to them.

Minister Dhakal congratulated the three officials and wished them a successful term in office.

The Ministry has called for applications for appointing the Board executive director through open competition.
