Biplav directs to launch preventive action against govt



KATHMANDU: General Secretary of the outlawed Nepal Communist Party Netra Bikram Chand alias Biplav has directed the party ranks to launch defensive and preventive actions against the government.

The direction comes after the government arrested party Central Member and Seti-Mahakali Bureau In-Charge Om Prakash Pun, Seti-Mahakali Bureau Member and central member Purnima Dhami and Mechi-Koshi Bureau Member Jokhim.

General Secretary Biplav has instructed the party ranks not to fall into the trap of government’s maneuvering and had demanded the unconditional release of the leaders.
