Coronavirus kills 33, 614, infects 233, 151 in UK



KATHMANDU: The death toll in the United Kingdom (UK) from Coronavirus pandemic has reached 33, 614 after 428 died in the last 24 hours.

According to Worldometer, with 3, 446 new cases, the number of infection cases has surged to 233, 151 as of Friday morning.

Currently, 199, 193 people are undergoing treatment at various hospitals in the country, of which 1, 559 are critical.   UK has performed tests on 2,219,281 people so far.

Broke out in Wuhan City of China last December, the deadly virus has spread to 213 countries including two international conveyances across the world, killing 303,030 and infecting 4,520,092  people as of Friday morning.
