America’s COVID-19 cases surpass 11.2 million

WASHINGTON: The number of COVID-19 cases has reached 11,225,518 in the United States of America after 156,785 new cases were reported in the country.

Currently, 4,083,341 are undergoing treatment at various hospitals and isolation wards across the country while 6,890,9238 have recovered from the pandemic.

Similarly, the death toll linked with the coronavirus has reached 251,254 with 1,258 new deaths so far in the country, according to the latest figures collated by Worldometer.

Broke out in Wuhan City of China in last December, the coronavirus has killed 1,317,343 and infected 54,309,503 globally until the filing of this news.
