Two arrested for duping youths in pretext of jobs in Croatia



KATHMANDU: The Metropolitan Crime Division has arrested two men for allegedly duping people on the pretext of sending them to Croatia by showing fake visas.

The arrested are Mohammad Sahajad Alam of Saptari Dakneshwari Municipality-6 and Sukwan Waiba of Bhirgaon in Kamalamai Municipality-11 of Sindhuli, said SSP Deepak Thapa.

It has been revealed that they had taken Rs 307,000 each from nine people by showing the temptation of good employment in Croatia.

They have been sent to Metropolitan Police Range, Kathmandu for further action.
