India’s COVID-19 cases cross 7.3 million

KATHMANDU: India recorded 67,988 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours, taking the caseload to 7,305,070.

Currently, 813,303are undergoing treatment at various isolation centers and hospitals. Meanwhile, 6,380,456 have returned home after treatment.

Similarly, the number of deaths from the coronavirus in India has crossed the 111,000-mark.

With 694 deaths in a single day, the number of deaths from the virus has reached 111,311, according to the latest figures collated by Worldometers.
