KATHMANDU: A 4.2 magnitude earthquake with Sankhuwasabha as its epicenter occurred at 4: 07 pm on Saturday afternoon.

According to the National Seismological Center, Kathmandu, the tremor has Thudam of Sankhuwasabha as its epicenter.

National Emergency Operation Centre, Nepal authenticated the news through its Twitter handle.
