DHANGADHI: Seti-Mahakali Incharge of Nepal Communist Party led by Netra Bikram Chand alias Biplav Om Prakash Pun has been arrested.
Police arrested Pun from Dhangadhi area, according to a student leader associated with the outlawed party.
He was arrested while he was on his way to Dhangadhi from Phulbari. Police had been keeping close tabs on Pun, sources said.
Akhil Mahila Sangh leader Purnima Dhami has also been arrested along with Pun, said DSP Pratik Bista, the Spokesperson for District Police Office, Kailali.
Dhami is the wife of Pun.
