Home Ministry annuls all vehicle passes



KATHMANDU: The Ministry of Home Affairs on Monday revoked the vehicle passes given to private vehicles in what it said an attempt to systematize the odd-even vehicle rationing.

Home Ministry Joint Spokesperson Umakanta Adhikari informed that the passes issued by District Administration Offices have been revoked with effect from Tuesday.

The government had provided passes for emergency vehicles for operation during the lockdown enforced to stem the spread of coronavirus.
