Quarantined people will be sent home after May 18: Health Minister Dhakal



KATHMANDU: Minister for Health and Population Bhanubhakta Dhakal has said that those in quarantine will be sent home after May 18.

He said that RDT method will be used for those who have been in quarantine for 14 days and PCR for others and they will be sent home if the report is negative.

Minister Dhakal said that they are preparing to increase the number of tests in the Kathmandu Valley as tests in proportion to the population have been low.

He also said that the government is working by giving priority to high-risk areas.
