India reports 2, 551 deaths, 78, 055 infection cases



KATHMANDU: India has reported 2, 551 deaths after 136 died in the last 24 hours. With 3,763 new cases, the number of infection cases has reached 78, 055 as of Wednesday morning.

Currently, 49, 104 are undergoing treatment at various hospitals in the country while 26, 400 have returned home after recovery. The India government has performed tests on 1,854,250 people for Coronavirus so far.

Broke out in Wuhan City of China last December, the deadly virus has spread to 213 countries including two international conveyances across the world, killing 297,694 and infecting 4,424,150  people as of Thursday morning.
