India’s COVID-19 death toll crosses 129,200 mark

KATHMANDU: India recorded 45,343 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours, taking the caseload to 8,773,243.

Currently, 482,551 are undergoing treatment at various isolation centers and hospitals. Meanwhile, 8,161,467 have returned home after treatment.

Similarly, the number of deaths from the coronavirus in India has crossed the 129,200 mark.

With 539 deaths in a single day, the number of deaths from the virus has reached 129,225, according to the latest figures collated by Worldometers.
