Sudurpaschim Province reports 72 new COVID-19 cases

DHANGADHI: Sudurpashchim Province has reported as many as 72 fresh COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours.

The figure was publicized after carrying out PCR tests of 587 swabs in three laboratories of the province.

According to Seti Provincial Hospital sources, out of 432 swabs tested in the provincial lab 51 swabs of Kailali, 8 of Kanchanpur and 1 of Bajhang tested positive on Wednesday.

Similarly, out of 79 swabs tested in Doti District Hospital, seven persons of Doti and two persons of Achham tested positive in last 24 hours.

Likewise, Dadeldhura Hospital tested 67 swabs on Wednesday.

According to Dadeldhura Hospital sources, two people in Dadeldhura and one person in Darchula tested coronavirus positive today.
