Nepali national shot at Jogbani in India



MORANG: A Nepali national from Biratnagar Metropolitan City has been shot at Jogbani Nagarpanchayat-12 in India.

According to police a 24-year-old Deepak Mandal alias Basu of Biratnagar-12, Rodshesh was shot   on Sunday afternoon.

An Indian national Mukesh Yadav of around 30 years opened fire on Mandal, said police.

Mandal has sustained injuries to a toe of his right leg, said SP Santosh Khadka, chief of  District Police Office, Morang.

Indian police are searching the the assailant.
