Four health workers at TUTH diagnosed with coronavirus



KATHMANDU: Four health workers including a doctor have been diagnosed with coronavirus infection at the Maharajgunj-based Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital (TUTH).

According to Dr. Santa Kumar Das, Coordinator of the Coronavirus Management Committee at the hospital, a doctor, two nursing staffers and a health assistant have contracted the pandemic virus.

Earlier, 18 health workers at the hospital were found infected. Dr. Das said that all of them are being treated in isolation at the hospital, adding that they are in normal health condition.

“Coronavirus has been confirmed in four more health workers today. Earlier, 18 staffers of the hospital had contracted the coronavirus,” Dr. Das told Khabarhub, “They are all in isolation and have normal health condition.”
