One way traffic resumes after landslide removed at Daunne



NAWALPARASI: The one way traffic in Bardaghat Susta along East-West Highway has resumed after a landslide at Daunne  was cleared away.

The landslide triggered by incessant rain disrupted the highway and a fallen tree crushed a truck and a car, said DSP Mohan Bahadur Khand of District Police Office, Nawalparasi East.

However, no casualties werer reported in the incident.

It took around four hours to clear away the debris brought by the landslide, Spokesperson Khand told Khabarhub.

A long line of traffic had been formed along the East-West Highway near Bardaghat Susta following the road disruption this morning.
