Narayangadh-Muglin road rendered into one way



CHITWAN:  The traffic along Narayangadh-Muglin road has been rendered into one way after the road developed cracks further at 17 Kilo in Chitwan district on Monday night.

Even though the road section was brought into operation by putting aggregates in the crumbled section on Monday morning has caved in again due to the incessant rains.

According to Chief Engineer Krishna Raj Adhikari of Division Road Office Bharatpur, the traffic has been halted after the chances to crumble the road increased further.

The road has been made one way after it started crumbling further, said Adhikari.

The road has caved in in less than a year after it was upgraded at a place called 17 Kilo. According to Adhikari, 3 to 3.5 meters of road crumbled one feet in the road section.
