52 new COVID-19 cases in Karnali Province



SURKHET: As many as 52 people have been confirmed to be infected with coronavirus in Karnali Province on Sunday.

According to the Public Health Services Division under the Ministry of Social Development, 15 people from Surkhet and 37 people from Dailekh have been infected with coronavirus in a test conducted at the State Hospital and Avian Disease Investigation Laboratory in Surkhet and 2 at the Karnali Health and Sciences Academy.

With this, total cases in Karnali Province have reached 967.

Among the 37 cases of Daulekh, 35 are from Naumule rural municipality.

The number of people recovering from coronavirus in the Province has reached 91 so far.
