Four at isolation ward in Dailekh hurt in clash with police



DAILEKH: Four persons were injured when the people at an isolation ward in the district clashed with the police on Saturday.

The PCR positive people at an isolation ward at Tribhuvan Higher Secondary School at Narayan Municipality resorted to a protest saying that PCR and RDT positive people have been kept at the same place and there has not been a proper arrangement of food for them.

The police tried to take the situation under control by using force after the protestors tried to go home, said Dailekh police chief Hari Bahadur Oli.

The injured people have been sent to a health service office nearby, it has been said.

Approximately 34 PCR positive people have been kept at the isolation ward.
