KATHMANDU: The death toll in the United States of America (USA) has hit a new record with 22, 090 deaths after 1, 513 died in a single day as of Monday morning.
According to the latest figures collated by Worldometer, the number of infection cases has surged to 560, 055 after 27, 176 new cases were reported in the last 24 hours.
Currently, 505, 979 people are undergoing treatment at various hospitals across America, of which 11, 766 are critical. Reports said 31, 986 have recovered after treatment.
Broke out in Wuhan City of China, the deadly virus has spread to 210 countries including two international conveyances across the world as of Monday morning.
