BIRATNAGAR: Province 1 has seen 419 new cases of coronavirus in the last 24 hours.
According to the Ministry of Social Development of Province 1, the province got 344 new cases in Sunsari, 56 in Morang, 7 in Jhapa, 6 in Udayapur, 3 in Sankhuwasabha, and one each in Bhojpur and Panchthar in the last 24 hours.
The province saw 1 case from outside the province.
The Ministry source revealed that including new cases revealed on Tuesday, the province has seen 11,170 cases of coronavirus pandemic till date.
A total of 1,236 swabs were tested on Tuesday. A total of 1,39,928 have got their PCR test till date.
Likewise, the province got 29 people discharged after recovery on Tuesday. With this, the number of discharged cases here has become 4,873 now.
