KATHMANDU: A youth has been arrested on the charge of making a porn video of a minor and posting in the social media.
The Nepal Police Cyber Bureau arrested 23-year-old Suraj Shrestha of Gongobu, Kathmandu for operating a porn website and posting nude videos.
He has been charged of making a porn video of a 17-year-old girl from Chitwan.
Further investigation is underway after seven days judicial custody order from the Kathmandu District Court, bureau spokesperson SSP Nabindra Aryal said.
If found guilty, the youth will face action as per the Electronic Transaction Act, 2063.
