KATHMANDU: Janata Samajwadi Party leader Rajendra Mahato has said that the constitution cannot be defended if it is not amended as per the demands of the people.

Lawmaker Mahato said that his party has registered the non-government bill after the government did not bring the amendment proposal as per their demand.

Despite dissatisfaction with the constitution, our party would support the amendment bill, he said.

Referring to Prime Minister KP Oli and Nepal Communist Party Chairman Prachanda, lawmaker Mahato said, “The party is big, make your heart big.” Become the leader of all, including all.”
