KATHMANDU: Federal Parliament has rejected the proposal of Samajwadi Party lawmaker Sarita Giri’s proposal of amendment proposal on Nepal’s Constitution Amendment Bill.

Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota said that Giri’s proposal could not be accepted as per Article 112 of the Rules of Procedure.

After the announcement of Speaker Sapkota, Lawmaker Giri left the Parliament meeting.
