Woman gives birth in Quarantine

JHIMRUK: A woman quarantined in the Naubahini rural municipality has given birth last night. Saraswati Pun,18, gave birth to a baby boy at the Nera basic school quarantine in ward no. 7 of the rural municipality last night.

Since her return from India on May 30, she had been staying at the quarantine along with her husband Prem Pun.

She is now under medical observation while a RDT test for Coronavirus will be carried out today, according to police inspector at the District Police Office, Pyuthan, Bishnu Prasad Poudel.
