Lockdown to continue in districts with more than 200 infection cases



KATHMANDU: The government has said the lockdown will continue in the district with more than 200 coronavirus infection cases.

Making some changes in lockdown modality in order to ease it, the Ministry for Health and Population has made three types of provisions in the new modality of the lockdown.

According to the provisions, in the district with 51-200 infection cases, people are allowed to come out their houses and work during the time fixed by the government.

The Ministry of Health and Population has considered those districts safe where there are less than 51 coronavirus cases.

People are allowed to come out of their houses and work in such districts adopting some certain measures, i.e. such marks, hand gloves and maintaining social distancing.

The government has said a recommendation of command center is mandatory for the classification of the districts.
