Qatar Airways announces free tickets for 100,000 health workers

KATHMANDU: Qatar Airways is proving free tickets to 100,000 health workers in a bid to minimize the impact caused by Coronavirus pandemic.

Introduced under the holiday package, the scheme will remain effective from May 12 (according to Doha time). The booking has to be done within six months from now.

Health workers who receive free air tickets can travel anywhere around the globe where Qatar Airways conducts flights to.

The package introduced for health workers including doctors, nurses, lab technicians will remain effective until December 22.
