HoR endorses bill to regulate radio refractive substances

KATHMANDU: A meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR) on Wednesday endorsed the bill to regulate radioactive substances-2076 BS.

Minister for Education, Science and Technology Giriraj Mani Pokhrel had presented the bill was in the meeting, seeking its endorsement.

Prior to its endorsement, lawmakers Sher Bahadur Tamang, Khagaraj Adhikari, and Prem Suwal took part in the deliberations over the bill.

In response, Minister Pokhrel said it was necessary to regulate and systematize radioactive substances.

The HoR shall meet again at 2:00 pm on Friday.
