KATHMANDU: The Ministry of Home Affairs has decided to stop issuing inter-district passes to vehicles considering the recent spike in coronavirus cases.

The Home Ministry has written to all 77 district administration offices to not issue passes from Thursday.

Issuance of passes has been stopped in many districts to minimize the movement of the people, and the increased number of coronavirus cases of late.
