KATHMANDU: Chief of the Army Staff (CoAS) General Purna Chandra Thapa has conferred the rank insignia to the newly promoted Major General Dhruba Raj Khatri amid a program on Monday.
CoAS General Purna Chandra Thapa pinned in the rank insignia of Major General to Khatri, who was recently promoted to the post of Major General.
At the program organized at the Army Headquarters, CoAS General Thapa congratulated Major General Khatri and wished him a successful tenure.
