Youth arrested with 34 turtles in Lalitpur

LALITPUR: Metropolitan Crime Division has arrested a person with 34 turtles from Pulchowk.

The arrested is Debit Maharjan, 22, of Harisiddhi.

According to police, Maharjan was arrested while he was trying to sell the turtles at Rs 1.2 million. He has been sent to District Forest Office, Hattiban for further action.
