Province 2 DIG Singh admitted to hospital after being diagnosed with COVID-19



KATHMANDU: Province 2 Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) Dhiraj Pratap Singh has been admitted to the hospital after being diagnosed with corona infection.

Singh is undergoing treatment at the Nepal Police Hospital after being diagnosed with corona infection.

Singh was confirmed to have corona infection on Tuesday.

According to Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Yagya Binod Pokhrel, acting chief of Province 2, Singh had given the swab on Monday.

Though Singh has cough problem, his health is improving and his condition is normal, according to the Police Headquarters.
