35-day notice given to ascetic Bomjon to appear in court



PARSA: Police have pasted a court notice at the house of Ram Bahadur Bomjan, an ascetic accused of raping his own follower, to appear in court.

According to Bara Police Spokesperson Gautam Mishra, he has been given a given a 35-day notice to appear before the District Court in Sarlahi.

The police pasted the notice at his house in Ratanpuri, Nijgadh Municipality-12 after the Sarlahi district court issued a warrant against Bomjan, accused of child sexual abuse.

The Office of the Public Prosecutor, Sarlahi, had filed a case against Bomjan for sexually abusing his own followers.
