62 including 30 NA personnel test COVID-19 positive in Gandaki Province



POKHARA: A total of 62 people, including 30 personnel of the Nepal Army (NA), have been diagnosed coronavirus positive in Gandaki Province on Sunday.

According to Gandaki Province Directorate of Health, the new cases were confirmed in tests conducted at the Tuberculosis Treatment Center, Pokhara.

Among the newly infected people, 36 are from Baglung, 21 from Kaski, and five from Lamjung. The infected NA personnel are from Baglung.

The coronavirus tally in the province has reached 4,753 with the new cases. So far, 3,227 people have recovered, while 40 have succumbed to the pandemic.
